Mold can happen in any home or business. Most infected are damp areas with little ventilation. Basements, attics, bathrooms, laundries and kitchens are all fertile ground. Finally, in order to prevent mold from regrowing at the treated site, it is recommended that an inhibitor and encapsulant mixture be applied to the treated area. Once treated, no mold will regrow at this site.
